The Yealink SkySound CM20 1303095 is an AI-powered beamforming ceiling microphone designed for professional conference rooms. It features 16 omnidirectional microphone units arranged across 8 independent pickup zones to capture voices clearly from around the room.
Designed for medium to large meeting spaces, the CM20 provides 360° audio pickup with a nominal pickup radius of up to 4 meters and high-quality full-duplex voice capture within approximately 3 meters. Its integrated DSP helps optimize audio performance without requiring an additional external DSP in compatible Yealink MVC systems.
The CM20 also incorporates AI Dynamic Noise Reduction and AI Reverberation Suppression to reduce unwanted background noise and room reverberation. With PoE connectivity over RJ-45, its low-profile ceiling design enables clean, efficient installation for professional meeting-room deployments.
