Refund policy

Product Condition & Warranty

All products sold on aaawave.com are brand new and carry the manufacturer’s full warranty unless otherwise stated.

Products labeled as BULK or OEM:

  • Are brand new and include the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Do not include retail packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, software, or other bundled items unless explicitly noted.
  • Are shipped exactly as received from the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for physical damage, improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the product. Any such damage may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

If your original purchase included promotional or free items, all associated items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked “Limited Supply – All Sales Final”
  • Opened computers
  • Opened software or software key cards (original packaging must remain sealed)
  • Custom-built or modified computers configured to customer specifications
  • Any items specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • The 30-day period begins on the original purchase date.
  • Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns and exchanges require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days.
  • Returned packages must be received within 10 business days after the RMA is issued.
  • Returns received after this period may be refused.

RMA processing time: 5–7 business days after the package is received.

Packages sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

AAAwave reserves the right to refuse any return or apply a minimum 10% restocking fee.

No restocking fee will apply if:

  • The item is factory sealed and unopened (including intact UPC code)
  • All original packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included

Refunds are issued for the original purchase price only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items

  • We offer replacement (RMA exchange) for defective products.
  • Replacement is for the same exact item only.
  • No restocking fee applies to defective replacements.

Please note:

  • We do not offer advanced replacement.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for defective merchandise.

AAAwave will cover shipping costs back to the customer for approved defective exchanges.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, as we do not manufacture the products we sell.

Return Shipping Requirements

All return shipments must:

  • Include a valid RMA number
  • Use a major carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Include a valid tracking number

We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
