Backorders
AAAwave does not intentionally sell backordered merchandise. We do not knowingly charge customers for items that are out of stock at the time of purchase.
In rare cases, inventory discrepancies or damaged inventory may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable fees.

• Our team will contact the customer via email or phone to verify order details
• The order will be placed on hold until we receive confirmation from the customer
• Once the customer confirms their information, we will proceed with fulfillment immediately
• If we do not receive a response within 48 hours the order may be cancelled for security purposes

Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be received before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Email cancellation requests may not be processed in time before shipment.
Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on the shipping destination.

California Electronic Waste Recycling Fee
In compliance with the California Electronic Waste Recycling Act, applicable recycling fees will be collected on covered products shipped within California.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
All products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (excluding software).
AAAwave is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or freight disruptions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Price Protection
We are unable to offer price adjustments after an order has shipped.
If you notify us before shipment, we may accommodate a price adjustment at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
AAAwave’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) sold.
Under no circumstances shall AAAwave be liable for:

Warranties
Products sold by AAAwave may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
AAAwave assigns to the customer any manufacturer warranties that may apply. The customer agrees that warranty claims must be directed to the product manufacturer.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Customers agree not to initiate any legal action more than one (1) year after the date of invoice.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.

Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the invoice issued for purchased products, represent the entire agreement between AAAwave and the customer.
