What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Orders are not binding until payment has been received and accepted by AAAwave.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Cancellation requests must be received by phone at 1-844-572-9023 before 2:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Email cancellation requests may not be processed in time before shipment. Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.
Why is my order on hold?
To protect our customers, some orders are flagged for verification by our fraud detection system. Our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm your order details, and once you confirm, we ship immediately. If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, the order may be canceled for security purposes.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping destination and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. For displays shipped to California, a California Electronic Waste Recycling Fee applies based on screen size — $8 for screens 4" to under 15", $16 for 15" to under 35", and $25 for 35" and up. These fees are remitted directly to the State of California.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 48 continental U.S. states; we do not ship internationally.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days ship the same day, and all orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days in transit, and Free 2-Day Shipping is available on select items at checkout. We process and ship Monday–Friday only; no weekend or holiday delivery is available.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via multiple couriers including FedEx and USPS, and we reserve the right to select the carrier for your order. Delivery options may vary for rural or remote areas.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Items may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on availability. When ordering multiple products, not all shipping options may appear at checkout — please check each product page for the most accurate shipping rates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy unless otherwise stated on the product page. The 30-day period begins on the original purchase date, and returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
All returns and exchanges require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at sales@aaawave.com or 1-844-572-9023 to request one. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days, and your return package must be received within that window. Please ship using a major carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with a valid tracking number and include your RMA number — packages sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking. When will I get my refund?
RMA processing takes 5–7 business days after your package is received. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds cover the original purchase price only — shipping costs are non-refundable.
Is there a restocking fee?
A minimum 10% restocking fee may apply. No restocking fee is charged if the item is factory sealed and unopened (with intact UPC code) and includes all original packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. If your purchase included promotional or free items, all associated items must be returned to receive a full refund.
Which items cannot be returned?
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These include products marked "Limited Supply – All Sales Final", opened computers, custom-built or modified computers configured to customer specifications, opened software, downloadable software, software product key cards, online subscription software, LG monitors and displays, GIGABYTE motherboards, FORTINET networking hardware, items with special U.S. Department of Transportation shipping restrictions, and any item specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
What if my item is defective?
We offer a replacement (RMA exchange) for the same exact item, with no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and AAAwave covers shipping back to you for approved defective exchanges. We do not offer advanced replacement.
Products & Warranty
Are your products new and authentic?
Yes. AAAwave is an authorized U.S.-based retailer, and all products sold on aaawave.com are brand new with the manufacturer's full warranty unless otherwise stated.
What does "BULK" or "OEM" mean?
Products labeled BULK or OEM are brand new and include the manufacturer's warranty, but do not include retail packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, software, or other bundled items unless explicitly noted. They ship exactly as received from the manufacturer.
Do you sell backordered items?
No. We do not knowingly charge customers for items that are out of stock. In the rare case of an inventory discrepancy after purchase, we will issue a full refund including any applicable fees.
Can I get a price adjustment?
We cannot offer price adjustments after an order has shipped. If you notify us before shipment, we may accommodate an adjustment at our discretion.
