The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Advance is a premium phase-change thermal interface pad rated at 12 W/mK — nearly double the conductivity of the Minus Pad Basic. Like all phase-change materials, it transitions from solid to semi-liquid at CPU and GPU operating temperatures, conforming to surface microvoids and component height variations to maximize thermal contact area. The result is lower thermal resistance at the interface compared to static silicone pads of equivalent thickness, with performance that actively improves as the system reaches operating temperature.
Non-conductive and reusable, it can be applied directly over VRAM chips, MOSFETs, chipsets, and other PCB-mounted components and removed cleanly for system maintenance or cooler swaps. Available in 100×100mm and 120×20mm sizes with thickness options from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, the Minus Pad Advance covers the full range of common GPU, SSD, and chipset gap scenarios where maximum conductivity is required.
