The Gelid Solutions GP-Ultimate is a premium 15W/mK silicone thermal pad engineered for demanding GPU, CPU, and SSD cooling applications. Its enhanced multilayer matrix and superior material composition deliver the highest thermal conductivity in the Gelid thermal pad lineup — filling surface imperfections and height differences between PCB components and heatsinks for optimal heat transfer. The soft 60-70 Shore OO hardness ensures the pad conforms to uneven surfaces without requiring excessive clamping force.
Non-electrically conductive and non-corrosive, the GP-Ultimate is safe for direct installation on VRAM chips, VRM MOSFETs, M.2 SSD controllers, and other sensitive components. Available in three size formats and five thicknesses to cover virtually any GPU, CPU, RAM, or SSD cooling application. Each variant is available as a single pad or a 2-piece pack for multi-component installations.
