The ARCTIC TP-3 is a premium soft silicone thermal pad designed to transfer heat efficiently between electronic components and heatsinks. With a 55 Shore OO hardness rating — exceptionally soft even for a thermal pad — it conforms to surface irregularities caused by manufacturing tolerances, solder joints, and component height differences, ensuring full-surface thermal contact without requiring heavy mounting pressure. Electrically insulating throughout, it can be safely applied directly over sensitive PCB components including VRAM, MOSFETs, and chipset dies.
Available in three sizes and three thickness options, the TP-3 covers the most common thermal gap applications — from thin M.2 SSD heatsink installations at 0.5mm to thick GPU backplate or console gap fills at 1.5mm. The 120×20mm format is pre-cut into 4 strips optimized for M.2 SSD modules and small component rows. The 100×100mm and 200×100mm formats are ideal for GPU VRAM arrays, laptop heatsink plates, and custom cooling solutions that require larger pad coverage.
