The Raspberry Pi Aluminum Alloy Case with Laminated Frame and Heat Sink Combo Kit provides a metal enclosure solution for Raspberry Pi 2B, 3B, 3B+, and 4 single-board computers. The 6-piece aluminum alloy DIY case surrounds the Pi board with a solid metal shell — improving heat dissipation over standard plastic cases through the laminated metal frame, which passively transfers heat from the CPU area to the outer case. The included heat sink kit attaches directly to the Raspberry Pi processor and supporting chips for additional thermal management.
The open SD card slot allows the microSD card to be accessed and swapped without disassembling the case, making storage management convenient for projects that require frequent OS or storage changes. WiFi antenna performance may be marginally affected by the metal enclosure — a WiFi antenna is not included. SD card not included.
