Out of stock
- 2-Step Thermal Cleaning System — ArctiClean 1 removes old thermal material; ArctiClean 2 purifies the surface for a fresh application
- ArctiClean 1 Thermal Material Remover — Citrus and soy-based biodegradable solvents fully emulsify and dissolve thermal greases and pads — outperforming isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and mineral spirits
- ArctiClean 2 Thermal Surface Purifier — Cationic surfactants remove all residue left by Step 1 and inhibit flash corrosion on copper and aluminum surfaces
- Flash Corrosion Inhibitors — Minimizes the oxidation layer on copper and aluminum heatsinks for better thermal interface contact
- 60ml Kit — Large volume for multiple CPU cleaning sessions or professional use
- Non-Toxic & Biodegradable — Citrus and soy-based formula is safer than harsh chemical solvents
- RoHS Compliant — Meets international hazardous substance restrictions
The Arctic Silver ArctiClean ACN-60ML is a professional-grade two-step thermal compound removal and surface preparation kit. Unlike isopropyl alcohol or acetone — which soften but don’t fully dissolve thermal pads and greases — ArctiClean 1 fully emulsifies the thermal material, suspending waxes, oils, and fillers so they wipe away cleanly, including residue trapped in microscopic surface imperfections. A few drops of ArctiClean 2 then removes any remaining residue from Step 1 and applies flash corrosion inhibitors that reduce the oxidation layer on copper or aluminum heatsinks for better contact with the new thermal interface material.
The result is a pristine, contamination-free surface ready for a fresh application of thermal paste — maximizing thermal transfer between CPU and heatsink. Ideal for CPU reseating, cooler upgrades, paste refresh intervals, and professional PC servicing.
Ideal For
- Thermal Paste Replacement — Clean old paste off CPU and heatsink before applying fresh thermal compound
- CPU Cooler Upgrades — Prepare the heat spreader and heatsink base for a new cooler installation
- Thermal Pad Removal — Fully dissolves thermal pads that alcohol and acetone cannot remove
- Professional PC Servicing — Large 60ml kit for multiple cleaning sessions in repair and service environments
- Copper & Aluminum Surface Prep — Flash corrosion inhibitors improve thermal contact on metal heatsink surfaces
