The iStarUSA BPN-DE110HD is a single-bay 12Gb/s trayless hot-swap cage that converts one standard 5.25" external drive bay into a hot-swappable 3.5" SAS/SATA slot. The trayless and screwless design means drives slide directly in and out without any accessories — the fastest and simplest drive access format available. Supporting 12Gb/s SAS III and SATA III with 14TB drive compatibility, it handles modern high-capacity drives at full interface speed.
The aluminum front bezel includes a metal key lock to physically secure the installed drive against unauthorized removal. Heat dissipation is handled by the full aluminum integrative-shaping construction, with an optional 40mm fan for environments requiring active cooling under sustained load. LED indicators provide real-time power and activity status. The BPN-DE110HD can be deployed as a single storage expansion point or in multiples across available 5.25" bays for a scalable multi-drive hot-swap setup.
